This tour is not recommended for:
- Guests with mobility limitations, due uneven paths and stairs at some locations.
- Individuals with cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, as light to moderate walking is involved.
- Guests who cannot comfortably walk 1–2 km over the course of the day.

- By booking a tour with Paradise Tours, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Cancellations and Refunds
To provide the best possible experience for all guests and manage logistics efficiently, we apply the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour:
✅ Full refund, no questions asked.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour:
❌ No refund will be given, unless you purchased Trip Protection at checkout.
Trip protection
For greater flexibility, guests may choose to add Trip Protection (15% of ticket price) during checkout. This allows:
- Full refund for cancellations made up to 1 hour before the tour, for any reason.
- Free rescheduling (subject to availability) with at least 1 hour’ notice.
- One-time use per booking. Non-refundable.
Special Circumstances
- Rain or Inclement Weather: Our tours operate rain or shine, and rain is not considered a valid reason for cancellation. However, in certain circumstances, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other ‘force majeure’ events, Paradise Tours may need to cancel a tour for safety reasons. In such cases, guests will be offered the option to reschedule for a later date or receive credit towards future tours.
- Medical Reasons: Guests who are unable to participate in a tour due to documented medical reasons may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards future tours, at the discretion of Paradise Tours. Documentation, such as a medical certificate, may be required.
