Tours include collection and delivery to and from your accommodation in Penola or Coonawarra. Half-day tour typically runs 12:00 pm–5:00 pm; full-day tour typically runs 10:00 am–5:00 pm. Pickup from Naracoorte, Robe or Mount Gambier may be available for an extra charge.

Private sedan tours have a maximum of 4 guests per vehicle. Half-day tour note specifies a maximum of 7 persons for that offering. Drivers will not provide unsolicited opinions; tours are designed for guest enjoyment.

Cancellations
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with at least 14 days notice of cancellation. Customers will receive a 50% refund or credit within 14 days notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Covid cancellation needs to contact us by phone and we will hold it for 12 months credit.
