Then it’s on to Bunbury where you’ll visit the Featured Wood Gallery, before continuing onto Busselton, where you’ll stop for lunch.
Following lunch, take a leisurely walk along the famous Busselton Jetty, the longest timber jetty in the southern hemisphere stretching 1.1 miles (1.8 km) out into the picturesque Geographe Bay. Then pass through Augusta, before arriving at the tallest lighthouse on mainland Australia, Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse. Take a guided tour and spot the point where the Southern and Indian oceans meet. You may be lucky enough to spot whales out in the distance.
Stop for lunch and at the Colour Patch restaurant with stunning views of the Blackwood River. On our return trip, enjoy wine tasting at an award-winning winery. You’ll then have some free time in town to stroll along the main street and pick up a special memento or gift to take home.
