The tour then shifts to Tasmania’s famous apple heritage at Willie Smith’s Apple Museum, where you’ll sample crisp ciders and learn about the region’s orchard traditions. Lunch is enjoyed here at your own cost, with the chance to try their renowned apple pie. In the afternoon, you’ll visit Hartzview Vineyard, known for fortified wines, liqueurs, and gin, before heading to Pagan Cider for a tasting of innovative flavours. A sweet finale awaits at The Honey Pot, where you’ll sample unique honeys, including the must‑try fennel honey.
